ITB receipt, scope review, exclusions confirmation. We respond within your deadline.
Award
Letter of Intent or signed subcontract. Foreman assignment confirmed.
Submittals
Fixture, valve, and equipment cuts to your spec. Reviewed and revised before approval.
Install
BPI crew on site daily, by phase. Coordinated with the GC's schedule and other trades.
Punch & close
Final walks, warranty documents, O&Ms delivered. We close out clean.
